Some companies began to create Ukrainian pellet’s production in the forestry and agricultural sector in the past 10 years. They
mainly used obsolete equipment designed for the mixed fodder manufacturing. They does not take into account the fundamental
differences in technologies and, consequently, in the equipment design. Company «BM-Engineering» offers in essence new

Therefore, for have profit and sale biofuels, not only in Ukraine but also in EU countries, it is necessary to certify the production, control the quality of raw materials and products of each party. It is desirable to create and
certify own laboratory.
In current conditions, the raw material, production and manufacture certification is mandatory for all companies who want to
sell their products in EU countries. Nevertheless, even in Ukraine the pellet’s market becomes more civilized. Traders and buyers
stop believing certificates that where issued by different Certificate Authorities that are not registered in the relevant European
authorities (TÜV). Unfortunately, those centers are absent in our country for the present!
In order to prepare your company to costly examination with invited European experts, and to be sure of success, it is necessary
to fulfill in advance:
 fully certify your production in accordance with ISO 9001 and receive a certificate with the registration number in accredited European certification bodies;
 establish your own laboratory for each raw materials and finished products batch quality control. Outfit it by equipment,
which allows you to control product quality in all aspects, regulated by 20 characteristics of the standard EN 14961-2.
Laboratory also must be certified;
 train staff to work on certified equipment of production lines.
Having obtained all the necessary certificates and do systematically all production process parameters controlling, you can put
certification seal for each shipment of your products!
